To proactively identify potential quality (including fit) problems prior to order placement (risk assessment) & Ensure Material quality from PPM stage. Perform inspections (Initial, Inline & Final), Factory Audit, to make sure Brand requirements are being followed in production, Keep continues follow up to GPQ, RQS & NQC.

Keep all necessary metrics for tracking performance and develop effective delegation for improving control and performances. Maintain open dialogue between the teams to find solutions & effective methods & avoid repeated mistakes. Encourage suppliers to become more active and provide suggestions for finalizing the best quality solution.
